Choose a character: Look at the left shelf. Select your favorite character (a living creature) and drag it (using the mouse or touch) to the center game board.

Choose an item: Now look at the right shelf. Select an item and drag it to the center, trying to place it next to the character.

Create a Brainrot: If the character and item combination exists, they will magically merge into a new Brainrot! A sound will play with its funny name.

Enjoy the discovery: The new Brainrot will be added to your collection, which can be opened with a special button.

Light up the disco: Certain rare combinations activate a special mode—Disco! For a few seconds, the background will change, and your Brainrot will dance wildly.

Experiment: Try all possible combinations to unlock all the Brainrots. Don't be afraid of strange pairings—the absurd reigns here!

Change the background: Use the dedicated button to change the appearance of the center field and the game's mood.
